Sending Welcome Emails to Staff, AR (Parents) and Students



1. Log into PraxiSchool and Select the Database To Send the Welcome Email From (i.e. Staff, AR or Students)

2. Click "Actions"

3. Click "Send Email"

4. Click "Templates"

5. Click to Open Folder and click on the "Welcome" Email Template

6. Click "Select"

7. The Welcome Can be Sent to a Single User, all Active Users, Tagged Users or Filtered Users. Select the Correct Option, then Click "SendEmail".

8. The Email Templates are Set with Merge Data Fields that will Automatically Populate the Individual User's Name and ID, along with a Box Containing a Temporary Password and a Link to Set the New User's Password.
