Sending a Schoolwide Email


1. Log into PraxiSchool

2. Click the "@" Icon (@ is the Schoolwide Email icon)

3. Click Staff to Send to All Staff

4. Click A/R to Send to All AR

5. Click All to Send to All Family Files

6. Click Selected to Selected and Select Option to Send to Selected Family Files

7. Click All to Send to All Student Files

8. Click Selected to Selected and Select Options to Send to Selected Student Files by AR, Primary Family, Students & AR or Students and Primary Family and Set Grade Level(s) to Send to by Grade.

Exclude if Not Enrolled, Not Pre-Registered OR Not Summer Registered to Exclude based on Registration Status

9. Click All to Send to All Donor Files

Creating a New Email

10. Enter the Subject Line and the Body of the Email

11. Once the Email is Complete, it can be saved as a Template by clicking Save Template

12. Name the Template and Select a Category from the dropdown or add a New Category by entering in the New Category field and Clicking "Save As"

Sending a Template Email

13. To Send an Email Saved in Templates, Click "Templates"

14. Select Folder to Expand and View Templates in Folder

15. Select Template

16. Click "Select"

17. Click "Send Email"

Scheduling a Schoolwide Email

18. To Schedule a Schoolwide Email Click "Schedule Email"

19. Enter the Description, Date and Time

20. Click "Save". Scheduled Email will be sent at the Selected Date and Time
