1. Login to PraxiSchool
2. Click "Teachers"
3. Click "Classroom"
4. Click "Classroom"
5. Click "Class Info"
6. Left Click the Student Profile
7. Click "Medical"
8. Click "Dr Info" to View Insurance, Doctor & Dentist Information
9. Click "Give Meds" to View Medical Notes
10. Click "Allergies" to View Student Allergies
11. Click "Notes" to View Other Notes
12. Click "IEP" to View Individualized Education Plan
13. Click "Print" to Print Medical Report
14. Click Finished to Exit Student Medical Information Page
