Session Close Tasks - Enrollment: New School Year Dates
1. Click "Lists"
2. Click "Enrollment"
3. Click "School Years"
Add the School Year
4. Click "Add"
5. Enter New School Year
(Enter in YYYY-YY Format) (Ex. 2027-28)
6. Enter the Administrator's Name
7. Enter the Date From & the Date To
(NOTE: The Date From & Date To MUST be a Full Calendar Year) (Ex. 08-01-YYYY to 07-31-YYYY)
8. Click "Save"
Add the Grade Period Dates
9. Click "Add" Under the Grade Periods Section
10. Select the Grade Period from the dropdown menu & Enter the Grade Period Label
11. Select the Semester from the dropdown menu & Enter the Semester Label
12. Enter the First Day of the Grade Period & the Last Day of the Grade Period
13. Click "Post Grade Period"
14. Repeat Steps 9 - 12 for Each Grade Period
