4. Click "School Calendar"


6. Enter the Calendar Item Description

7. Select Type (Public, No School, Make-Up, Staff)
Public, No School and Make-Up are seen by Staff, Students and Parents
Staff is only seen by Active Staff Members

8. Select Options:
Lunch - No Service (No Lunch Service)
Childcare - No Service (No Before or Aftercare)

9. Portal Filters can be set for specific Teachers, Classes OR Grade Levels.

10. Enter Date From and Date To

11. A Calendar Item can be set to a Filter (i.e. Holidays, Events, Staff)

12. A Note can be entered for a Calendar Item (i.e. A School Event Location and Time)

13. A Calendar Item can be linked to a Resource (i.e. a Flyer)
