Creating a Report Card Verification and Connecting in Settings

Please Note: A new verification must be created each school year.


1. Log into PraxiSchool

Create the Verification Setup

2. Click "Lists"

3. Click "Online Forms"

4. Click "Verification Setups"

5. Click "Add"

6. Enter Description and Select Verification Options

7. Click the "Signature" tab and enter Signature Instructions and Agreement

8. Click the "Verification" tab and enter Verification Instructions and Agreement

9. Click the "Report Cards" tab and enter Report Card Link Text, Clicked Message and Report Card Message

10. Click "Save"

Set New Verification in Settings

11. Click "Settings"

12. Click "School Settings"

13. Click "Grades"

14. Scroll to the Digital Verifications - Report Cards Section

15. Select NEW Report Card Verification

16. Click "Save"
