(Grade Period and Semesters Only - No Exams)


1. Click "Academics"

2. Click "Grades Setup"

3. Click "Average Info"

4. Click "Add"

5. Add the Average Info description

6. Enter Grade Period Labels, Percent of Semester Average & Semester

Example: If using 4 Grade Periods and 2 Semesters
Qtr 1 & Qtr 2 would each be 50% of Semester 1
Qtr 3 & Qtr 4 would each be 50% of Semester 2

7. Enter Semester Labels & Percent of Annual Average

Example: If using 2 Semesters
Semester 1 & Semester 2 would each be 50% of the Annual Average

8. Enter Year Label
