1. Log into PraxiSchool

2. Typically Student AR Accounts are Created in the Student Wizard (T)

3. After Creating the Student File, the Primary AR Account is Created from the A/R Account Toggle

4. A Secondary AR Account can be Created for a Scholarship Account or for a Secondary Person that is Financially Responsible for the Student Billing

5. If an AR Account needs to be Created that would not need to be connected to a Student (i.e. the Store, Applicants or Lunch) go to Admin, Accounts Receivable

6. Click "Add"

7. Enter applicable data in the Name tab data fields

8. Enter applicable data in the Other tab data fields

9. Enter applicable data in the User tab data fields (the User Fields are Created by the School, these are not pre-defined Praxi fields)

10. Enter applicable data in the Notes tab data fields

11. A Record Note can be added with a Category, Action, Status and Reminder. Record Notes can also be marked to only be visible by the Creating Staff Member and Staff with Master Security Rights

12. When Creating a NEW AR Account, under the Balance tab the Portal Access, Mobile App Access and Test Forms on Portal options can be set

13. The AR Account can also be Added to a Group(s)

14. After all applicable data has been entered, click Save

15. To Add or Connect to an Existing Address, Click on the Address tab. Click New Address to Add an Address, then Click Save OR Click Find Address to Connect to an Existing Address.
