Copying Lesson Plans From Class to Class
Copying Lesson Plans From Class to Class
Copy Lesson Plans from one Class to another Class in the Same School Year or from a Previous School Year
1. Log into PraxiSchool
2. Click "Teachers"
3. Click "Classroom"
4. Select Class to Copy Lesson Plans Into
5. Click "Lesson Plans"
6. Click "Copy"
7. Select Show My Classes OR Show All Classes
8. Select Copy from School Year and Class
9. Set Start and End Copy From Dates
10. Limit Class DOW can be selected, if Class is only offered certain days of week
(i.e. Class is offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
11. Click "Refresh"
12. Select Copy to School Year and Class
13. Set Start and End Copy To Dates
14. Select "Same School Day" of Adj School Day From Start Date"
(Same School Day - will copy Lesson Plans to same school day of the new school year)
(Adj School Day From Start Date - will copy Lesson Plans from the first school day of new school year)
15. Click "Refresh"
16. Lesson Plans from Copy From Class will Populate with new school year dates
17. Click "Create (# to Copy) NEW Lesson Plans"
