1. Click "Admin"

2. Click "Staff"

3. Click "Staff Qualifications"

4. Click "Add"

5. Select Course

6. Select Staff

7. Select Qualification Level

8. Check Teach Course if Staff is Qualified to teach the Course

9. Check Sub if Staff is Qualified to substitute for Course

10. Click "Save"
