Adding a New Staff Member in PraxiSchool


1. Log into PraxiSchool

2. Click "Admin"

3. Click "Staff "

4. Select "Staff"

5. Click "Add"

6. Enter Last Name, First Name, Goes By Name (Goes By Name is NOT Optional, the Goes By Name will populate on Report Cards, etc.) and Work Email

7. Other Fields in Name tab are Optional

8. Click "Other Info"

9. Other Info Data Fields are Optional

10. Click "User"

11. User Define Fields are Created based on School Needs and are Optional

12. Click "Notes"

13. Notes Data Fields are Optional

14. Click "Medical"

15. Medical Data Fields are Optional

16. Click "Save"

17. Click "References" to Add Staff References

18. Click "Address"

19. Click "New Address"

20. Enter Family Name (i.e. Mr. Smith) and Save
