Adding a Class

Adding a Class

A Course must be Created before the Class can be Added.


1. Click "Academics"

2. Click "Classes"

3. Click "Add"

4. Search Course Name

5. Select Teacher

6. Select Classroom (Optional)

7. Verify the Correct School Year is Set
(Current School Year is the Default)

8. Remarks can be Added (Optional)
(Remarks appear in the Classroom after the Class Name)

9. Click the "Schedule" Tab

10. Verify Correct Grade Periods are Selected

11. Verify Correct Semesters are Selected

12. Select Corresponding Schedule (Optional)

13. Select Schedule Period for each day Class is Offered (Optional)

14. Click "Save"
