1. Click "Academics"

2. Click "Classes"

3. Click "Add"

4. Search Learning Center Course

5. Enter Teacher Name & Select

6. Select Class Room

7. Remarks & Comments can be Added (Optional)

8. Click the "Schedule" tab

9. Select Grade Periods
(Standard for 4 Grade Periods & 2 Semesters: Select GP1, GP2, GP3, GP4)

10. Select Semesters
(Standard for 4 Grade Periods & 2 Semesters: Select Sem 1 & Sem 2)

11. If Exams are Factored as a Separate Percentage of Semester Grade, Select Midterm/Exam Periods

12. Select the Appropriate Schedule for this Class

13. Select Period Class is Taught for Each Day of the Week Class Meets

14. Click "Save"
