Online Form Levels & Meanings
1. There can be many Online Form Levels. However, each Level will connect to 1 of 4 Level Types: Exclude, In Process, Submitted or Approved

2. All Forms start at the In Process level.
In Process means the form has been started, but has not been submitted.

3. Once a Form is Submitted, it goes to the Submitted level. The Submitted level can be used for multiple Applicant Levels:
Submitted - Form has been Submitted
Interview - Form has been Submitted & Applicant is in the Interview Process
Documentation - Form has been Submitted & Awaiting Required Documentation

4. Once a Form has been Accepted, it goes to the Approved level

5. Excluded level. The Excluded level can be used for 2 Applicant Levels:
Wait List - Submitted Form has been marked to the Wait List
Rejected - Submitted Form has been Rejected
