Creating Document Portal Upload Links

1. Click "Admin"

2. Click "Manage Document"

3. Click "Upload Links"

4. Click "Add"

5. Click the "Server Docs" field.

6. Enter a description for the document

7. Select the header if you want to group documents links together. If you do not see the header you want, click on the dark blue box to the left and it will allow you to add a new header to the list.

8. Enter a comment if you would like (Optional)

9. Click "Filtering"

10. You have the ability to specify a teacher, class, or grade level for this link. Check portals you want this link available on.

11. Click "Widget."

12. Select the document security. If you have not set that up yet, there are instructions towards the end of this scribe.

13. Select the folder. You can add new folders by clicking on dark blue box.

14. Select the description. You can add new descriptions by clicking on dark blue box.

15. Click the "Both" field.

16. Enter staff ID to receive notification AND select which upload for option.

17. Click "Save"
