Adding an Announcement


1. Log into PraxiSchool

2. Click "Admin"

3. Click "Resources"

4. Click "Announcements"

5. Click "Add"

6. Enter Title and Comment (comment is Optional)

7. Select Push-Pin Option

8. Enter Start and Stop Dates

9. Click "All Staff" (All Staff allows all active staff members to view Announcement)

Click "On Portal" (On Portal allows all active students and parents to view Announcement)

To Set for Specific Staff or Staff Groups, do not select All Staff, Save and Click "Staff Groups" or "Staff" and select applicable group/staff to view Announcement

10. To Create with Text, enter Announcement in textbox

11. To Create with HTML, select the HTML Toggle

12. Click "Save"

13. If HTML was selected, Click "Edit HTML"

14. Enter HTML Verbiage, Uploaded Images, Website Hyperlinks, etc

15. Click "Save & Exit"
