Accessing the Online Chat

Accessing the Online Chat



1. Click the "Chat Icon" in bottom-right corner of any Praxi Screen

2. Click in the Message field & Type a Message

3. Click "Start Chat"

4. A Support Representative will Respond to Chat

5. Give Support Representative information on how they can help

Tip: Support Representative cannot see the screen from the Chat. If more information is needed, the Support Representative may request Screenshare or Remote Access.
